At Ujjain Puja Seva, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all puja bookings made through ujjainpujaseva.com.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled puja: Full refund of any advance payment.
- Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled puja: 50% refund of advance payment.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled puja: No refund will be provided.
- No-show without prior cancellation: No refund will be provided.
2. How to Cancel

Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
4. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your puja to a different date at no additional charge, subject to availability and auspicious timing.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled date.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Puja samagri (ritual items) that have already been purchased for your ceremony are non-refundable.
- Personalized services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
- Live video streaming services already delivered are non-refundable.
6. No Guaranteed Spiritual Outcomes
All puja ceremonies are performed according to traditional Vedic methods by experienced pandits. These are faith-based spiritual services. We do not make any claims of guaranteed results, medical cures, financial outcomes, or specific worldly benefits. Individual spiritual experiences may vary based on personal faith and devotion. Refunds are based only on service delivery, not on spiritual outcomes.
